How it works
The process is shop-system-agnostic and can also be handled manually for phone or email orders.
Choosing the delivery method: When ordering in the online shop, the customer selects Click & Collect and the preferred pickup station.
Locker booking: The shop system (or the retailer manually) books a compartment of suitable size.
Deposit: The order is brought from the warehouse or store to the pickup station and securely deposited.
Notification: As soon as the order is in the smart locker, the customer is notified and picks up flexibly.
Secure handling: Authenticated access, protected transaction data, sender notification on pickup.
Reporting and analytics: Comprehensive reporting and analytics.
