How it works

The entire rental runs through the kolula SUP app — from booking to return.

  1. Book: Customers choose location, date and board class in the web app.

  2. Pay: Online payment directly in the app.

  3. Pick up: The smart locker opens via the app — boards are ready to go.

  4. Return: Return into the same locker; the app registers the return automatically.

  5. Analyze: Site operators and kolula see occupancy and performance in the admin portal.
